SUMMARY:
Tolkien's classic novel, adapted by Patricia Gray, is a suspenseful, fast-moving journey through the enchanted Middle Earth. Bilbo Baggins is a hobbit, living peacefully in the Shire until Gandalf the wizard approaches him with an adventure. Bilbo reluctantly joins Gandalf and thirteen dwarves on a journey through the Lonely Mountain. They must battle trolls, goblins and wood elves before they attempt to recover the lost treasure, guarded by the dragon Smaug.
