Audiences are introduced to the Brewer sisters, their nephew Teddy - who believes himself to be Teddy Roosevelt - and their drama critic nephew, Mortimer, who is as surprised as anyone to learn what his maiden aunts are doing with a glass of arsenic-spiked elderberry wine.

For two centuries theater-goers and penny dreadful fans have been thrilled with the exploits of Sweeney Todd, the murderous barber, who dispatched his customers with a flick of the razor and then had his lover serve up the remains in a tasty meat pie. Chills and thrills for Halloween!
